Russet Burbank
The great North American baking and fries potato, often sold as 'Idaho potatoes' — a russet-skinned sport of the Burbank potato that Luther Burbank selected in the 1870s, probably first released in 1902 as May's Netted Gem. Long, brown-netted and very floury.
